Terms and conditions of sale

1. Company identification

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) are drawn up by :

Julie Veyron-Duplan, operating under the trade name Madrinails,
auto-entrepreneur registered under SIRET number 904 524 998 00021,
with registered office at 1 Rue de Ridder, 75014 Paris (France).

Madrinails offers online training courses for sale via the Internet, in the form of videos and downloadable documents (PDF).

2. Object

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of training courses offered by Madrinails, via the site www.madrinails.com.

Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

3. Products and services

Madrinails offers e-learning courses in manicure and nail art, consisting of :

  • online video modules,

  • downloadable PDF documents,

  • content accessible immediately after payment.

Access to training courses is unlimited in time, unless otherwise stated on the product sheet.
No physical shipment is made.

4. Ordering and validation

The customer selects a course online, places it in his or her shopping basket, and proceeds to secure payment via the system offered on the site (Stripe or PayPal).

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
Validation of payment implies full acceptance of these GTC.

5. Prices and payment terms

Prices are quoted in euros (€), all taxes included.
Madrinails reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in effect at the time of the order.

Payments are accepted :

  • by credit card (via Stripe),

  • via PayPal.

Payment in instalments can be offered according to the terms displayed on the site at the time of purchase.

6. Access to training

Access to training is immediate once payment has been confirmed.
The customer automatically receives a confirmation e-mail giving him access to his training space.

Training courses are available 24/7, subject to technical interruptions or site maintenance.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied on an intangible medium (such as online training courses) whose performance has begun after prior agreement by the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.

Thus, by validating the payment, the customer acknowledges :

  • immediate access to training content,

  • and that he expressly waives his right of withdrawal.

No reimbursement will therefore be possible, except in the case of an obvious error attributable to Madrinails (e.g. undelivered training).

8. Liability

Madrinails makes every effort to ensure permanent access to training courses.
However, Madrinails cannot be held liable in the event of :

  • temporary interruption of the site for maintenance or updating,

  • failure of the customer's Internet service provider,

  • or technical problems beyond its control.

The results obtained following training courses are the responsibility of the customer, who remains solely responsible for putting the knowledge acquired into practice.

9. Intellectual property

All training content (texts, videos, images, logos, PDF documents, etc.) is protected by the French Intellectual Property Code.

They remain the exclusive property of Julie Veyron-Duplan (Madrinails).
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or sharing, in whole or in part, of purchased content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Personal data

The personal data collected during the ordering process is necessary for the management of transactions and the provision of services.

Madrinails undertakes to respect the confidentiality of data communicated by the customer, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).
Data will not be sold or transferred to third parties.

Customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their data by writing to : madrinailspro@gmail.com

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute or claim, the customer undertakes to contact Madrinails as a matter of priority to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.

In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Madrinails' registered office.

12. Customer acceptance

The customer declares that he/she has read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and accepts them unreservedly before any purchase.
Validation of the order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
